1. Payment Terms

• Payments must be completed through our approved methods.

• Artists receive payments after successful delivery, minus applicable commissions.

2. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are only accepted for damaged or misrepresented artworks.

• Buyers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the artwork.

• Refunds are processed upon artist and buyer agreement.

3. Cancellations

• Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

• Artists must notify us immediately if they cannot fulfill an order.
